No, to keep our prices as low as possible we are internet based only.
Do you hold any stock at your premises?
No, all of our stock is delivered straight from the supplier to the customer.
What are your opening hours?
As we are internet based, our website is accessible 24/7. If you have a query or would like to discuss your requirements we are available to respond during the following times: Monday – Thursday 9am to 5pm Friday – 9am to 4pm Saturday – 9am to 12pm Alternatively, you can email us. We aim to reply within in one business day.
Do you offer a made to measure service?
Yes, but only on certain products. Please contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss your requirements.
Can I order across the different ranges of doors, handles and accessories?
Yes, but there is a possibility this could incur an additional delivery charge. You will be notified by email before the order is placed if this is the case.
What if I purchase goods that are not fit for purpose?
We do have a disclaimer before payment is made to advise that when you make payment you are signing that the goods you are buying are fit for purpose. If you change your mind when your receive your order, any goods returned will be at your own cost and subject to a re-stocking charge of up to 30%. We strongly advise that before buying such things as handles that you order a sample before placing a bulk order.
Can I collect my order?
Please contact us regarding this. In some instances, if you arrange your own courier this is sometimes possible.
What guarantee is offered on the kitchen doors?
The Bella, Zurfiz and Pronto range of doors come with a six year guarantee. All other ranges have a one year guarantee.
Where drawer fronts are shown in the kitchen images, are these charged separately?
Yes, each item is priced individually. If you require a drawer front above a door, you will need to order each one separately. You will find the drawer front sizes in the dropdown list with the door sizes.
Are the paintable woodgrain doors, ready for painting once delivered?
No, it is advised by our suppliers that these products would need to be primed before being painted.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, our VAT registration number is 199 0793 50.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay using the following:
